Adam Richman: 31 Quilos – Estilo de Vida Ativo e Saudável
Adam Richman fez do seu amor por comida a sua carreira com o seu show chamado Man V. Food, onde ele expõe competições de comida. Por estar comendo muito regularmente, ele estava continuamente ganhando peso, até que seu corpo o deixou em depressão.
Mais tarde, ele se aposentou do show, para que pudesse se tornar mais saudável. Richman passou a seguir uma dieta vegana e se tornou mais ativo no dia-a-dia. Todas as horas que ele passou trabalhando em si mesmo valeram apenas, já que ele conseguiu perder em torno de 30 quilos. Levou dez meses no total para ele atingir sua meta!
