Rickie Lake é outra estrela que sempre amou comida. Mas isso a fez ficar cada vez maior até que ela chegou a pesar impressionantes 117 quilos. Lake eventualmente ficou deprimida devido ao quão grande ela se tornou e era, finalmente, hora de fazer mais esforço em controlar seu peso.
Ela começou sua jornada de emagrecimento comendo menos calorias e fazendo muitas corridas. Infelizmente, Lake recuperou parte de seu peso, mas logo voltou a emagrecer quando se juntou ao programa Dancing with the Stars em 2011. Ela não venceu a competição, mas terminou 9 quilos mais leve.
