Tina está en una relación con el productor musical Erwin Bach desde 1986, demorándose alrededor de 27 años en concretar la boda. Hasta el día de hoy permanecen unidos y nunca tuvieron hijos juntos. Ella tiene varios hijos de su ex matrimonio con Ike Turnen. Tiempo atrás en el año 2018, Tina fue capaz de publicar sus memorias bajo el título Mi historia de amor: una memoria.
