figli di Sophia Loren – Edoardo e Carlo
Forse non tutti sanno che Edoardo e Carlo, figli dell’iconica stella del cinema italiano Sophia Loren, hanno ereditato doti artistiche da mamma Sophia, e dal marito Carlo Ponti, e sono entrambi affermati personaggi di successo. Edoardo e Carlo sono il frutto dell’amore tra l’attrice ed il produttore cinematografico Carlo Ponti, con il quale è convolata a nozze nel 1957, venuto poi a mancare nel 2007. Edoardo è produttore cinematografico, regista e sceneggiatore. Ha diretto la madre nel suo lungometraggio del 2002 Cuori Estranei.
Carlo, è uno dei più importanti direttori d’orchestra italiani. La sua fama è altresì conosciuta oltreoceano, e nel 2013 ha fondato l’Orchestra dei Virtuosi a Los Angeles.
