Adriana Lima – $3.3 Million, New York City

It’s been five years in the making, but Victoria’s Secret supermodel Adriana Lima and her ex-husband, retired NBA player Marko Jarić, have finally found a buyer for their former midtown Manhattan apartment, selling the unit for $3.3 million. The apartment, located on the 42nd floor of the Metropolitan Tower, spans 2,200 square feet and features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms (though one bedroom has been converted into a den), with stunning views of Central Park to the north and the city skyline to the south. The couple initially listed the home back in 2013 for $5.5 million, almost exactly one decade after snapping it up for $1,995,000 back in 2003. When they failed to find a buyer, however, they took it back off the market and relisted it again several times for a total of four price chops, finally landing at its selling price of $3.3 million. The apartment features an entry gallery that leads directly onto a spacious living room area with floor-to-ceiling windows, herringbone floors and custom closets. The kitchen is an ultra-modern combination of stainless steel appliances, custom black-and-grey cabinetry, and tiled countertops. The den features unique “zebra-wood built-ins” with space for a window-facing desk, wide couch and a big-screen TV.
