O ator também mostrou alguma impulsividade, que levou o paparazzo Alison Silva a apresentar queixa contra o ator, devido a lesões. Foi em 2008, quando, alegadamente, Reeves atingiu Silva em um acidente de viação. Porém, o processo foi rejeitado.
