Petra Gerster und Christian Nürnberger – 35 Jahre
Petra Gerster wollte in jungen Jahren eigentlich Lehrerin werden und studierte Literaturwissenschaften und Germanistik. Doch als sie dann zum ersten Mal Fernsehluft beim WDR und später beim ZDF schnupperte, änderte sie ihre Pläne. Lange Zeit war sie die Moderatorin des Magazins „ML Mona Lisa“, bis sie schließlich die „heute“-Nachrichten als Sprecherin übernahm. In dieser Rolle arbeitet sie schon über 20 Jahre lang. Ihr Mann, der Publizist Christian Nürnberger, begleitet sie schon seit über 35 Jahren und sie harmonisieren nicht nur privat, sondern sie haben auch schon gemeinsam mehrere Bücher veröffentlicht. Übrigens haben sie sich über eine Anzeige in der Zeitung kennengelernt.
