Iman è anche una filantropa e una donna d’affari, che ha iniziato la sua azienda di prodotti di bellezza nel 1994.
Ha anche lanciato una collezione di abbigliamento chiamato Global Chic. Iman ha sposato David Bowie, il suo terzo marito, nel 1992, in una cerimonia privata. All’inizio del 2018, Iman ha condiviso una rara foto dalle loro nozze nel giorno che sarebbe dovuto essere il loro 26esimo anniversario.
