While Mahome played college football at Texas Tech, Brittany played soccer. She later continued her professional soccer career at Iceland but eventually gave it up in order to help people, according to her words. Matthews, who is passionate about fitness, founded her own personal training business. The couple became parents to a pit bull named Steel who even has his own Instagram page.
