J. Lo has been acquiring properties all over including, luxurious mansions in New York, the Hamptons, and two beachfront villas in Malibu. With hubby, Alex Rodriguez, and her combined wealth, this is hardly surprising. The palatial pad features a rare natural tree-arch entrance, seven bedrooms, an indoor pub, a 30-seat screening room, and a 100-
Denzel Washington- $16.5 Million, Beverly Hills.
Denzel Washington came into the limelight after his appearance in the show ‘St. Elsewhere’. The Golden Globe and Academy Award winner lives in a house worth $16.5 Million, which he bought from former Disney CEO Michael Eisner.
The 2.13 acres property sits on Mulholland Drive and is surrounded by a lot of trees that provide much-needed privacy. The outside doesn’t just have trees though, Denzel’s estate also includes a swimming pool and a tennis court. Adding to that, the fact that there are 14 bathrooms and eight bedrooms seems like Denzel is truly living like a king!
