Hana bewegte sich schnell, schlang das Seil um den Baum, zog es fest und machte einen Knoten. Als sie sich vergewissert hatte, dass es hielt, rief sie in die Tiefe des Brunnens: “Peter, das Seil ist sicher, schick mir die Tiere einzeln hoch, ich werde hier auf sie aufpassen.”
“Alles klar! Hier kommt der Erste!”, hallte Peters Stimme aus der Tiefe. Hana stockte der Atem, als ein kleines, pelziges Wesen erschien. Peter hatte aus seiner Jacke eine provisorische Schlinge gebastelt, um sie zu tragen und sie zog das kleine Tier mit dem Seil nach oben. Sobald es in ihrer Nähe war, griff sie danach und brachte es vorsichtig in Sicherheit.
