By June 2018, news of Mayfield’s engagement to the gorgeous Emily Wilkinson spread like wildfire via an Instagram post! It was a swift development in their relationship, as they were only officially dating since January 2018, when they posted on Instagram a picture of the couple hanging out at an NBA game.
