Forget The Subway Yogists, Here’s One On The Plane!

Sitting in a flight with a seat belt fastened is quite tiresome. You get pins and needles, and after a stretch, one begins to feel frozen and sometimes even numb! So experts even recommend passengers to get up and move around a bit, just to keep the circulation going.

But most folks do not feel good until they have stretched properly and their entire muscular system has been reposed. And this yogist seems to be one of those people. She decided to have a full-on yoga routine then and there, on the craft despite there not being enough space to feel the zen, yoga is supposed to bring!
