Por supuesto que nadie olvidará a todo el elenco de Friends, especialmente a Courteney Cox. Su nivel de fama también se desplegó de manera excepcional luego de participar en esta serie de comedia de éxito internacional. Su éxito luego de este proyecto fue relativo, aunque logró participaciones importantes en cine y televisión.
Durante el 2015 se sometió a un conjunto de cirugías estéticas en su rostro. Las presiones del ambiente y la lucha contra el envejecimiento le brindaron malos resultados. De hecho llegó a retirarse todo el relleno que se había aplicado, ya que su rostro se había deformado considerablemente.
