Taking Woodstock is a movie about Woodstock, clearly! It tells the story of the man who created the generation-changing concert in the summer of 1969. Liev Schreiber played the role of transgender Vetty Von Vilma. It was not the first time Live had to put on a dress in his career.
He previously did drag in his movie Mixed Nuts way back in 1994. The movie premiered in the 2009 Cannes Film Festival and received good reviews. It was based on the memoir Taking Woodstock: A True Story of a Riot, a Concert, and a Life.
