Yul Brynner – The Magic Christian
After doing the films The King and I, The Magnificent Seven, and Westworld, Yul Brynner’s future was looking great. When his career exploded, he kept accepting one job after the other. However, he tragically passed away in 1985 at only 65 years old after losing the battle against lung cancer.
One of his most fun appearances was probably the cameo he made in the 1969 movie titled The Magic Christian. His appearance might have lasted only about 50 seconds, but it was so memorable that people still talk about it to this day—mostly because he played the character of a drag queen cabaret singer.
