Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin is een hitattractie in Disneyland die in 1998 zijn deuren opende voor aspirant-ruimtewachters. De attractie, geïnspireerd door Disney-Pixar’s “Toy Story” serie, nodigt gasten uit om samen met Buzz Lightyear een intergalactische strijd aan te gaan om de kwaadaardige ‘Emperor Zurg’ te verslaan.
Het is een interactief schietspel waarbij spelers punten verzamelen, waardoor het een knaller wordt voor zowel competitieve geesten als fans van “Toy Story”. Maar dat doet niets af aan het hilarische contrast op deze foto. De veel oudere man ziet eruit alsof hij de minuten aftelt tot hij de dichtstbijzijnde bank kan vinden voor een welverdiend dutje.
