Tony passou por um acidente quase fatal e, com a ajuda do advogado perito em ferimentos pessoais, conseguiu obter o dinheiro do seguro. Em 2004 foi feito um remake de um dos seus projetos de maior sucesso “Taxi”, o filme contou com estrelas famosas no mundo inteiro.
