Iggy Pop – Drug & Alcohol Addictions
Rock and Roll would not have been the same without the productive contribution of Iggy Pop. He has enjoyed the best part of his career but has sadly been at constant war with drug and alcohol addiction for as long as we can remember. He never had the looks of a Mel Gibson, but long-standing addiction has spelled some significant distortion on his looks. In the 70s, David Bowie reportedly talked Iggy Pop into therapy. Now 72 years old, Pop believes no one should ever touch drugs! He is still active in the music scene and he actually released a new album called Free in 2019.
