ROBIN CHRISTENSEN-ROUSSIMOFF, FILLE D’ANDRÉ LE GÉANT
Robin Christensen-Roussimoff est la fille unique du célèbre catcheur André le Géant et de Jean Christensen, ancienne lutteuse professionnelle. Sa naissance fut une surprise, André pensant ne pas pouvoir avoir d’enfant. Leur relation fut compliquée : souvent absent à cause de sa carrière, il a reconnu Robin après un test de paternité.
Malgré la distance, Robin a toujours gardé un lien affectif fort avec son père. En 2018, elle participe activement à la réalisation d’un documentaire retraçant la vie d’André pour rendre hommage à l’homme au-delà de sa stature de légende du ring. Elle perpétue aujourd’hui la mémoire de son père avec fierté.
