Mikel Arteta jouait pour l’équipe de foot junior de l’Espagne et dans des clubs de football comme Arsenal et Everton. En 2010, Arteta s’est marié avec la belle Lorena Bernal, une actrice et une animatrice. Bernal a participé à des concours de beauté et elle a même été couronnée Miss Espagne en 1999.
Durant sa carrière d’actrice, Bernal a joué en tant qu’invité dans des séries comme ‘Chuck’ et ‘CSI: Miami’ (Les Experts : Miami). Et puis, plus rien. Elle ne joue plus parce qu’elle doit certainement être occupée à élever ses enfants. Depuis 2016, son mari est l’entraîneur adjoint de Manchester City.
