Perenna Kei – $1.3 Billion
Ji Haipeng might still be the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Logan Property Holdings but his daughter Perenna Kei already owns 85% of it. Perenna currently serves as the company’s non-executive director. She studied at the London School of Economics and graduated with an economics degree. She is only in her late 20s but her fortune is reportedly around $1.3 billion already. We’re sure her fortune will still get bigger thanks to her father’s wills and trusts. Kei, who previously used the name Ji Peili, was named by Forbes as the youngest billionaire in the world at age 24 in 2014.
