Kun je geloven dat Sharon Stone al 61 jaar oud is? De actrice was al bekend voor haar rol in Basic Instinct uit 1992, maar deze film gaf haar carrière toch nog een soort boost, waardoor zij een internationale ster werd.
Na deze film volgden talloze andere geweldige rollen, zoals die in Martin Scorcese’s drama Casino, waarmee Stone een Golden Globe Award gewonnen heeft en een nominatie voor een Oscar te pakken heeft weten te krijgen. Ze is twee keer getrouwd geweest, maar woont nu met haar twee geadopteerde zoons in Californië.
