Catherine Zeta-Jones – Geboren in 1969
Catherine Zeta-Jones begon zeer jong met acteren in musicals als Annie en Bugsy Malone. Ze studeerde in Londen aan de Arts Educational Schools en sleepte een hoofdrol in de wacht voor de productie van 42nd street in 1987. Haar eerste rol in een film was het Frans-Italiaanse 1001 Nights uit 1990. Maar deze film was erg onsuccesvol. Ze schitterde in een vaste rol op de Britse televisie voor de serie The Darling Buds of May.
Ze was het zat om gecast te worden als mooi meisje, dus ze verhuisde naar Los Angeles om gewaardeerd te worden om haar talent. Dat lukte met films als The Mask of Zorro en Entrapment aan het eind van de jaren ’90. Zij trouwde met de Amerikaanse acteur Michael Douglas, met wie zij nog steeds samen is. Inmiddels is Catherine 50 jaar oud en ziet ze er nog steeds oogverblindend mooi uit.
