Elizabeth Hurley was al vaak op televisie verschenen, maar werd pas echt beroemd toen zij en Hugh Grant in 1994 een relatie kregen. Ze zal nu het meest herkenbaar zijn van de Austin Powers films of de E! TV serie The Royals waarvan onlangs in 2018 het laatste seizoen is uitgezonden.
Toen Hurley 29 was deed ze modellenwerk voor Estée Lauder en ze is erg bekend voor haar steun van de borstkanker bewustwordingscampagnes van dit bedrijf. Een aantal andere bekende rollen die deze actrice heeft gespeeld zijn in de televisieshow Gossip Girl en de films Passenger 57 en Bedazzled.
