Kathleen Turner – Geboren in 1954
Iets waar Kathleen Turner redelijk bekend over staat is haar hese stem. In de jaren ’80 ging het heel goed met haar acteercarrière en werd ze in veel films gecast, inclusief Prizzi’s Honor, Body Heat en Romancing the Stone. In die tijd is ze heel snel heel bekend geworden.
Turner heeft echter helaas reumatoïde artritis, waardoor zij acht jaar lang medische thuiszorg heeft gehad in de jaren 90’ en waardoor haar acteercarrière in deze tijd dus iets trager ging. Na deze periode is ze toch weer verder gegaan met haar acteercarrière. Haar laatste rol was als Cookie in de serie Mom.
