Taylor Swift is dan misschien nog maar 29 jaar oud, maar haar vastgoedportfolio zal je ongetwijfeld verbazen. Met al zes uitgebrachte studio albums heeft Swift een indrukwekkend fortuin van maar liefst $400 miljoen euro, dus villa’s zoals deze zijn voor haar makkelijk te betalen. Ze kocht het in 2013 en gebruikt het voornamelijk als vakantieoord.
De villa is 1021 vierkante meter groot en heeft acht slaapkamers, een gigantisch zwembad in de achtertuin, acht openhaarden en nog diverse moderne voorzieningen. Blijkbaar heeft Swift $17,75 miljoen contant betaald voor dit huis! Ze heeft ook andere dure speeltjes, zoals haar twee privé vliegtuigen en meerdere andere dure voertuigen.
