De term Tjakka laat zich het beste omschrijven als een positieve strijdkreet die volgens Ratelband is geïnspireerd door de serie Shaka Zoeloe. Hij is erg bekend in Nederland, heeft het even in de politiek geprobeerd, schrijft en is nog steeds succesvol ondernemer.
