Hij was de ster in TV-reclames, realityshows en was lange tijd een deel van de Toppers, waarmee uitverkochte stadions in vuur en vlam werden gezet. Zijn woning in Blaricum werd in 1994 voor 745.000 gulden gekocht door de populaire zanger. Inmiddels is de woning 2 a 3 miljoen waard. De Ajax supporter in hart en nieren draait zijn hand niet om voor een miljoentje meer of minder. Zijn totale vermogen wordt geschat op maar liefst 21 miljoen euro.
