Patricia Paay – €400.000, Lijnden
De vijfenzeventig jaar oude zangeres en mediapersoonlijkheid Patricia Paay komt uit een muzikale familie en debuteerde begin jaren ’60 in muziekgroep The Evergreens. Haar TV debuut kwam in 1966. In de afgelopen jaren deed zij mee aan Dancing with the Stars en was zij Jurylid in de televisieprogramma’s Holland’s got Talent en Popstars. De s*ksvideo die enkele jaren geleden op internet kwam te staan heeft haar bekendheid bij een jonger publiek vergroot, maar deed geen wonderen voor haar populariteit.
Met haar indrukwekkende vermogen van €5 miljoen euro is Patricia rijker dan je zou denken. Haar woning in Lijnden heeft een wat gebruikelijker prijskaartje. Met een huis van 4 ton spring je er tegenwoordig niet meer uit in de huidige huizenmarkt.
