Beyoncé en Jay-Z maakten één van de grootste vastgoedinvesteringen in LA toen ze deze uniek villa kochten in 2016 voor de bizarre prijs van $88 miljoen. Het huis is de belichaming van moderniteit en architectuur. Het bestaat uit maar liefst zes gebouwen en is wel 2787 vierkante meter groot in totaal.
Het is helemaal omringt door natuur en heeft vier zwembaden, kogelvrije ramen van de vloer tot aan het plafond, een basketbal veld, personeelsvertrekken en nog vele andere uitbundige elementen. In 2018 bracht het stel het eerste album uit waarop ze samen werken getiteld Everything Is Love, wat zeker veel meer aan hun al gigantische gezamenlijke fortuin toe heeft gevoegd.
