Kate Upton – $5.25 Million, Benedict Canyon
Supermodel Kate Upton has turned many heads when she and her fiancé, Detroit Tigers’ Justin Verlander, splashed $5.25 million on a mansion in Benedict Canyon. The 5,500-square-foot house that sits on a 1.5-acre of land is a villa that mixes East Coast and California styles, something that you rarely see in a design. The kitchen has a center island, and the main bedroom has two bathrooms and two wardrobes. The house also has three additional bedrooms, a tennis court, and a swimming pool, which all adds up to the desired house structure of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star and her future husband. Interestingly, the legacy of the tennis court comes from the previous owner and one of the greatest tennis pros ever, Pete Sampras.
