Howie Mandel is a Canadian actor, comedian, and TV host who become popular when he hosted the CNBC game show Deal or NO Deal. He also appears as a judge on America’s Got Talent. He has recently purchased a property in LA for a whopping $2.6 million. The property has a 2,200 square feet residence with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A separate guest suite which can be easily used as a staff suite. The residence has approved building plans for an expansion of almost 10,000 square feet. We are sure Mandel will work it out and eventually construct this lavish property to its full glory.

Ron Howard is a critically acclaimed director who knows a thing or two about real estate investments. Just look at his 17,000 sq-ft mansion in Greenwich.
