Their investment of an additional $8 million was probably a wise decision as they managed to make their house more suitable for them and their young children. The house has eleven bathrooms, eight bedrooms, and a lagoon pool. It didn’t take too long for the Hollywood heartthrob to sell his Malibu home. It was sold for $6.5 million just two months after it was put on the market.
Steve Harvey – Beverly Hills – $110,000 Per Month (Rented)
Steve Harvey is a big TV personality that amazes audiences not only with his presence but with his magical voice. He also has a huge bank balance, evident from what he is charging for monthly rent from his lovely Beverly Hills mansion. The rent for this 8-bathroom, 5-bedroom, 11,234 sq-ft mansion is around $110,000 per month. We are sure Steve has saved enough from that monthly rent to invest in some more similar properties so that he has huge net worth when he finally retires.
