DJ Khaled is quite obviously, a DJ. He’s also a social media icon and is quite the musical personality. He is doing very well for himself after spending $10 million on a mansion in Beverley Hills. We’re not sure if he had to take out some bank loans or a mortgage though. His net worth has improved a lot in the last 5-years sitting nicely at $20 million but back in 2013 it was only $3 million so maybe a financial adviser has helped him make the purchase without a looming bankruptcy. His real estate has a media room, a butlers pantry, a pool, spa, a recording studio, 7 ludicrously large bedrooms, a gym and 11 bathrooms. It’s also nicely situated on nearly one acre of land.
