American actor Kevin Costner loves the ocean and it’s evident from his 17.25 acre property in California. Kevin has a standalone house there but it’s such a pristine beauty, surrounded by ocean on the one side and mountain on the other, that the actor asked for $60 million for only 7.25 acres. He had plans to develop the entire property but then he got busy in other projects.
