Jared Leto – Hollywood Hills Mansion – $2 Million
Musician turned actor Jared Leto decided that property investment was right for him, but if he was to do it – he’d do it in style. So he consulted his wealth management team and did some financial planning before parting with $2.2 million on a mansion in the Hollywood Hills. It has a stunning pool, beautiful landscaping and is the only building on the street meaning Leto has complete and utter privacy for whatever he gets up to in his spare time. There is also an entertainment room, a fire pit and of course no musician would be respected if they didn’t have their own recording studio, so he has one of those too. The property insurance is likely rather costly but when he made an alleged $7 million just from his role in Suicide Squad, we’re sure he’ll be okay.
