Taylor Swift has a net worth of around $280 million, which for a 28-year-old is quite the feat. She’s very clever with her money too, or she has a good financial planner to help her out when it comes to decision making. Either way, property investment is a great thing to get involved with and Swift is no stranger to it. One of her real-estate properties is a $17 million mansion which boasts 8 bedrooms. The beach house has an incredible view of the bay and even at $17 million Taylor probably doesn’t know what a mortgage is. The house exists pretty much just for parties with other celebrities so we think it’s quite easy to rule out bankruptcy.
