She is worth an estimated $135 million, made even more impressive by the fact every dollar of that is through her music sales – not through endorsements. She got her real estate agent shopping around for a mansion and ended up with a gorgeous $9.5 million place in Hidden Valley. It’s gorgeously decorated, has a giant pool, 4 bedrooms and a spa. And of course, because of how cold Beverley Hills can get, she installed a fireplace in every single room in the property.
