Colin Kaepernick: circa 2.9 Milioni di dollari, San Jose
Colin Kaepernick è una star della NFL che giocava per i San Francisco 49ers. Ha esposto un reclamo contro l’NFL nel 2017, ma ha deciso di ritirarlo nel 2019. Kaepernick una volta ha speso 2.7 milioni di dollari per una casa a San Jose e subito dopo ha fatto numerosi lavori di ristrutturazione e modifica alla proprietà. La casa ha quattro camere da letto, una sala da biliardo e un enorme giardino sul retro con una piscina. Kaepernick ha deciso di mettere in vendita la casa nel 2016, chiedendo un prezzo di circa 2.9 milioni di dollari.
