Even those who aren’t fans of politics have likely heard of Nancy Pelosi’s name at some point in their lives. She’s led an outstanding career as a speaker of the House of Representatives over the years, yet it turns out Pelosi is a magnificent homemaker as well.
Pelosi is a proud owner of a sprawling estate in San Francisco’s affluent Pacific Heights. In 2007, Pelosi and her husband acquired the property for $2.25 million. The 3,332 square-foot red-brick home was constructed in 1938 and is the tallest building in the neighborhood. With a curving wall of white-trimmed windows above the front entrance, the deeper red-brick tones of the houses’ exteriors are well harmonized. Who knew Pelosi had a penchant for interior design!
