The former governor acquired a scenic property in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2001. Due to the state’s humid weather, Palin incorporated a resort-like ambiance to her mansion, adding some gorgeous landscaping, a spa, and a luxurious pool area. One would think Palin finally found her true oasis, but sadly, she placed the house on the market for $2.499 million. Too bad!
