Só ver a Saavik de Star Trek, vulgo Kirstie Alley, que já tem quase 70 anos, mas parece muito mais nova depois de perder 22 quilos. A atriz sempre foi comilona e sempre gostou de se presentear com tudo que engorda e isso nunca a afetou, até que passou dos 50 anos.

Nesse ponto, Alley percebeu que estava mais que na hora de mudar de estilo de vida e passar a se alimentar mais saudável e se exercitar para entrar em forma. E sabe o que a ajudou a perder e manter o peso? Ela conta suas calorias ingeridas e, aparentemente, tem funcionado!
