Michael Phelps – $3,5 Miljoen, Scottsdale
Michael Phelps is een legendarische zwemmer met het hoogste aantal aan gewonnen Olympische medailles ooit in de geschiedenis van de sport. Uit zijn totaal van 28 medailles zijn er 23 Olympische gouden medailles. Phelps is ook de record houder van meerdere zwem records.
Zijn 100 meter en 200 meter vlinder records én zijn 400 meter wisselslag record zijn tot nu toe nog niet verbroken. Michael is met pensioen van het sporten sinds 2016 en focust zich nu voornamelijk op filantropie. Ondertussen is zijn Scottsdale Paradise Valley landgoed in 2018 verkocht voor $3,5 miljoen.
