Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de stad, heeft twee slaapkamers en een master suite met een inloopkast. Aanvankelijk wilde hij het verkopen voor $18 miljoen, maar hij heeft de prijs verlaagd naar $15 miljoen in 2018. Bon Jovi bracht hun meest recente album, getiteld This House Is Not For Sale, uit in 2016 (ironisch!).
