Raquel claimt dat Big Balm hydrateert, herstellende eigenschappen bezit en haar huid er fris uit laat zien. Haar verklaring heeft de geruchten echter niet stopgezet, want eerlijk is eerlijk, ze is wel al bijna 80. Niettemin, ze ziet er nog altijd prachtig uit, plastische chirurgie of niet.
