Elvis Duran es más conocido por ser el anfitrión de Elvis Duran and el Morning Show. En 2015, Duran finalmente se dio cuenta de que quería dejar de tener sobrepeso. Pesando alrededor de 265 libras, Duran sabía que no sería un proceso fácil pero aun así estaba dispuesto a hacer lo mejor posible.
Al principio, Duran trató de perder peso de forma natural haciendo dieta y ejercicio, pero no mostró ningún resultado.
