Mo’Nique: 36 Quilos – Dieta Saudável e Exercícios Regularmente
Mo’Nique tem seguido uma carreira de atriz faz bastante tempo e muitos de vocês devem conhecê-la por seu papel no filme Preciosa, lançado em 2009. Foi o papel que deu Mo’Nique seu primeiro Oscar. Enquanto sua vida professional estava indo de acordo com os seus planos, sua vida pessoal não estava lá grandes coisas já que Mo’Nique lutou com o excesso de peso durante toda vida.
Contudo, as coisas mudaram para a atriz, já que recentemente conseguiu perder impressionantes 36 quilos, graças a mudar sua alimentação e se tornar mais ativa. A atriz passou a comer refeições mais saudáveis e ter um acompanhamento de um personal trainer.
