Kelly Clarkson: 16 Quilos – Plano de Dieta Restrito e Saudável
A cantora e estrela de American Idol, star Kelly Clarkson já tinha revelado seu segredo por trás de sua aparência incrível e como ela teve sucesso para perder 16 quilos. Clarkson afirma que nunca fez nenhum tipo de exercícios focados no emagrecendo, ao invés disso, fez o possível para que suas refeições diárias fossem saudáveis e não gordurosas.
Ela disse adeus para todo tipo de comida que não fosse saudável e prejudicasse suas metas de perda de peso. Tudo o que ela fez funcionou maravilhosamente, já que ela perdeu bastante peso. Entretanto, desde 2019 ela tem dado uma engordadinha. Esperamos que Kelly consiga manter a forma!
