La popular personalidad de la televisión, Bob Barker, comenzó en la radio entreteniendo a los oyentes con un contenido atractivo y encantador. En 1956, empezó a presentar programas de juegos (Verdad o Consecuencias), e incluso concursos de belleza (Miss Universo, Miss EE.UU.) en ocasiones.
